CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours notice. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may require a new deposit to book future sessions. Heirloom Tattoo Sanctuary is a private, appointment-based space. Additional appointment details will be provided upon confirmation.
